How to activate Loyverse POS on MENU TIGER’s QR code menu software

Log in to your MENU TIGER account

Enter your login credentials to access the software.

But, if you’re a new MENU TIGER user, you should tap the Sign Up button at the upper right corner of the interface instead.

You will be redirected to a page where you’ll need to enter your email address, create a password, and input the unique Captcha value.

After the sign-up, the website will bring you back to the main login page where you can re-enter the email and password you used when creating the account.

Once logged in, you will then be redirected to an online form where you will need to enter your full name and an active phone number.

Another page will prompt you to enter business details such as name, type, language used, and currency.

This will then lead you to your MENU TIGER dashboard.

Note: To use this integration, you need to have a paid subscription plan on MENU TIGER. You can choose from the pricing tiers, namely: Regular, Advanced, and Premium.

Click on the “Integrations” option

On the left-hand side panel of your MENU TIGER dashboard, locate and click on the Integrations button.

Go to “POS” and tap the “Connect” button under the Loyverse logo

The Connect button will route you to the Loyverse website, where you’ll need to log in or sign up for an account.

Enter your login credentials if you already have an active Loyverse account, and click Sign In.

If you’re new to this Loyverse integration login procedure, tap on the New to Loyverse? option to create your own account.

A permission request page will pop up on the screen.

Select “Allow” on the permission request page

After clicking the Allow button, the site will go back to MENU TIGER’s website.

You’re now ready to set up the menu you will use for your customers.

How to sync your MENU TIGER menu with Loyverse POS

MENU TIGER users can create and customize their QR code menu directly from the software. But any orders made using this menu will not be recorded in the Loyverse system right out of the box.

First, you’ll need to synchronize the MENU TIGER menu with Loyverse POS. Here’s how to do it:

Configure the Loyverse POS

1. Go to the Integrations tab on your MENU TIGER dashboard. 
2. Locate and click the POS option.
3. Click the Configure button under Loyverse POS.

Choose the store where you need to setup the MENU TIGER-Loyverse menu

1. Select the Settings tab. A dropdown menu will be displayed on the screen.
2. Click the arrow down icon to reveal your options, and choose the store or branch where you want to use the POS and menu.
3. Make sure to tap on the Update button to save the changes. Failure to do so will cause an error in this configuration process.

Import the menu from Loyverse to the MENU TIGER system

1. Tap the Sync Menu tab.
2. Click the Import menu button.

Your imported menu will appear under Sync history with a Pending status.

To sync the menu, simply click the green refresh button.

1. Go to Stores.
2. If you have multiple franchise restaurants being operated, choose the branch or store where you want to activate the imported menu.
3. Select the Settings tab of the chosen store.
4. Click the drop-down menu and choose Loyverse.
5. Save the changes made.

Confirm if you have successfully synchronized the menu by hovering over the left-hand side panel. 

Click Menu and check if a new menu icon with a Loyverse POS logo has been added to your dashboard.
