The Menu Tiger Reseller Program is open to freelancers, digital marketers, agencies, consultants, web developers, software resellers, entrepreneurs, and anyone with a network of restaurant owners.
Is there any minimum commitment?
No. There is no minimum commitment required to join the Reseller Program.
Do I receive training?
Yes. Every Reseller receives onboarding and product training to help them understand Menu Tiger’s features, value proposition, and referral process. You’ll have the resources needed to confidently introduce the platform to restaurants.
How do I track my earnings?
Resellers can monitor referrals, active subscriptions, and commission earnings through a Partner dashboard.
Will I receive marketing materials?
Yes. Resellers receive access to sales presentations, brochures, social media assets, banners, product information, and other marketing resources to help promote MENU TIGER effectively.
How does the onboarding process work?
After your application is approved, you’ll receive onboarding instructions, product training, access to your Reseller Dashboard, and marketing materials. Once you’re set up, you can begin referring restaurants immediately.
How does the Reseller Program work?
Simply refer restaurants to MENU TIGER and resell the restaurant ordering software to them. When the referred restaurant subscribes to a paid plan and remains active, you earn recurring commissions according to the program terms.
How do I earn commission?
You earn commission based on restaurants subscribed to Menu Tiger paid plans. As long as the restaurants maintain an active paid subscription within 6 months, you’ll continue to receive recurring income.
When are commissions paid?
Commissions are paid according to the Reseller Program's payment schedule after qualifying subscriptions have been verified.
Is there a limit to how many restaurants I can refer?
It depends on the type of commission tier you’re applying for.
- Registered Partner: 5 to 15 restaurants
- Silver Partner: 16 to 35 restaurants
- Gold Partner: 36 to 100 restaurants
- Platinum Partner: 100+ restaurants
Do I need to provide customer support?
No. The MENU TIGER team handles product onboarding, technical support, and platform maintenance. Partners primarily focus on referring new restaurant customers.
Can agencies or businesses join the program?
Yes. Marketing agencies, web design agencies, POS consultants, business consultants, software resellers, and other organizations are welcome to become partners.
Is joining the Reseller Program free?
Yes. Joining the MENU TIGER Reseller Program is completely free. There are no registration fees or membership costs.
What types of restaurants can I refer?
You can refer to restaurants of all sizes, including cafés, bars, food trucks, quick-service restaurants, casual dining restaurants, fine dining establishments, cloud kitchens, and multi-location restaurant businesses.
What makes MENU TIGER valuable for restaurants?
MENU TIGER helps restaurants streamline operations with QR code ordering, AI Menu Maker, Table Management, Kitchen Display System (KDS), restaurant website builder, POS integrations, digital payment options, and restaurant analytics—all in one platform.
Can I refer to restaurants outside my country?
Yes. MENU TIGER supports restaurants in multiple countries, allowing partners to refer businesses internationally where the platform is available.
What happens if my referred restaurant cancels its subscription?
Recurring commissions are earned only while the referred restaurant maintains an active paid subscription. If the subscription ends, recurring commission payments for that restaurant also stop.
How long does the application review take?
Applications are typically reviewed within a few business days. Once approved, you'll receive onboarding instructions and access to partner resources.
Can I refer a restaurant that is already using MENU TIGER?
No. Commissions are generally available only for new customers who are not existing MENU TIGER subscribers.
