Last Updated: August 7, 2026

MENU TIGER Point of Sale (POS) brings restaurant operations together in one place, allowing you to process transactions, monitor inventory, manage staff, and access real-time sales data from interconnected modules.

Read on to learn how to set up the MENU TIGER POS system and configure your restaurant for efficient day-to-day operations.

What is MENU TIGER POS?

MENU TIGER POS is a restaurant management system that combines a contactless payment system with tools for processing orders, recording sales, and managing inventory, staff, customers, reports, and daily restaurant operations from a single, easy-to-use platform.

How does it work?

When the POS starts to receive a customer order, it automatically:

  • Calculates the order total, including applicable taxes and discounts.
  • Processes the customer's payment to complete the transaction.
  • Stores order details for future reference.
  • Updates stock levels for inventory-tracked products.
  • Records the transaction in sales reports.

These automated processes work together across the following MENU TIGER restaurant POS features, making it an essential part of modern restaurant technology solutions:

Key benefits of using MENU TIGER’s restaurant POS service

1. Connect restaurant operations in one platform.

The common benefits of POS is that it centralizes essential restaurant operations, including order management, products, inventory, customers, staff, and sales reports.

Instead of switching between multiple systems, you can manage your restaurant from a single dashboard, making day-to-day operations more organized and efficient.

2. Track inventory in real time.

Monitoring inventory manually can lead to stock discrepancies and unexpected shortages.

With the restaurant inventory system enabled, MENU TIGER automatically updates stock levels whenever inventory-tracked products are sold. This helps you monitor inventory more accurately, identify low-stock items sooner, and make informed purchasing decisions.

3. Make decisions with reliable sales data.

Completed transactions contribute to sales reports that provide information about revenue, best-selling products, and customer purchasing patterns.

Restaurant owners can use this information to evaluate sales performance and make decisions based on actual business data.

4. Manage multiple stores more consistently.

MENU TIGER POS allows you to manage multiple stores, such as restaurant chains or branches, along with their menus and settings from a centralized platform.

You can manage each location separately while maintaining consistent information across your restaurant business.

5. Minimize errors during daily operations.

Manual processes can result in incorrect prices, orders, and inventory records.

By connecting products, orders, inventory, and sales data, MENU TIGER POS reduces repetitive manual tasks and helps maintain consistent records.
